I met Peter in the 90's and we used to drink in the "Black" Shaun will know which pub I mean - everytime he came back i.e. deported from the USA we would catch up and I'd try to give him my best advice - in fact quite a few of us did e.g. Mally - he was a younger guy you'd have a soft spot for - always getting into scrapes but he was very clever, incisive and funny. I was so pleased to see him on the TrueGordie podcast a lot more settled and enjoying life and looked forward to catching up with him to share a few very funny stories over some beers - So like many others I feel very sad that he's gone at such an early age - He was as interesting, funny and loveable as you see on the videos. God bless you Peter.

I bumped into these two in Nation in the mid nineties, Westonholme square, liverpool... we were all out for laugh back in those days and especially during those times of the early rave scene, what a time to be alive! god bless them both, two great characters and gentlemen too! In short supply these days I reckon.

I feel for the youth of today and what they have to put up with. The early rave scene was explained exactly how I remember and felt it. You could be in a club everyone on the same vibe ( usually he same chemicals !). No looking over your shoulder and it wasn’t because all the folk were hippies as some of the characters would like wildman take your head off on beer. We were desperate for change, to have a good time but like most things commercialism took hold. Gangsters and businessmen ( and it was men because I can’t think of any women unless someone could enlighten me) Shaun and Wildman really do encapsulate the good and bad of the era. I try to say this without judgement on them personally especially when they’re so open about their lives. I love Shauns interviews and the loyalty and friendship between himself and Peter are a valuable lesson in what life is about. Unconditional love and acceptance. Peace to Wildman and his friends /family .Shaun keep giving the system both barrels the good folk of the world need you now more than ever. X

Awe, such a touching friendship I feel so blessed that I discovered Shaun's channel when he was still a prison channel and met Wildman through those vids. I was also able to read 5 of Shaun's novels on Kindle and got to read about their journey as well. So refreshing to see life through Wildmans eyes he knew exactly who he was was very brave and didn't give any f*cks what anyone thought of him and this aspect of Wildmans personality always made Shaun laugh. RIP WILDMAN and love and respect to you Shaun from Cali 💓🌹

I emailed Shaun and he said sometime in December. I'm sure he will let everyone know. I would like to go just to attend for his family and friends sake even if I'm sure we would have to be outside but could put on a real show of affection from people who never had the chance to meet Peter but were drawn to his infectious love of a Life he lived by his own rules but always by his own correct code,if that makes sense.Cheers Paul.
