When I travel I usually know a lot of things I am going to do already. Not that the plans are not flexible. But I usually keep all needed documents in my Google drive in my travel folder. Airline boarding pass Car rental Hotel or AirBnB with check in instructions Any tickets or passes needed for any event I will also down load the Google map to my phone with destination navigation. Incase cell reception is bad in that area. Maybe a few restaurants I am willing to try with reservations if needed Everything available offline of course. If some of the plans are date time sensitive, I will add them to my Google calendar And for android users, I have a folder on the home screen with all the short cuts. And as I complete each item or no longer need the document, I will move it to a sub folder of completed. That way when other events come up, I am not looking at a bunch of stuff I already did. But that is where the Google calendar helps too You can call up the day and see what is needed for that day. Probably too much for one video Maybe a travel series?

iOS handles this brilliantly. Once you have your boarding pass from your app, you are prompted to save to your wallet and then the location services puts that boarding pass consistently on your lock screen. A quick swipe and there’s your boarding pass. I’ve yet to find anything as easy on Android yet.

It happened to me once that my boarding pass just disappeared from my phone just as it was my turn to pass security and I had to turn around to go get a paper boarding pass.
