What battle? open world mob? yes you need energy to battle them, but it will only consume energy if you win. but i think it needs 15 energy. also if your energy is just enough, you have 15 energy and battle needs 15 energy, i think it will fail, your energy is rounded up, like i have 11 energy to gather tier 2 resource but fails too, needed 12 energy to gather
