If you look at it critically it's tone deaf. Jayce, who has been able bodied his entire life, is telling Viktor he's wrong for ever trying to cure his illness. He was dying. If it weren't for Piltover, he'd be born normal .

@@Ekami-chan That is what he is saying. He is saying Viktor was wrong for trying to fix his ailment - my man was *dying* and he's being told he should have accepted his imperfections. It's a wild statement to make. Also, Jayce breaking his femur, fixing it, and then somehow being able to swing that hammer around no problem on that same leg is nowhere near the same thing as having a condition caused by environmental pollution because your city decided to use Zaun as a dumping ground.
