清杰 I want to ask for some tips I have been doing calisthenics for a while Currently i can do 4 muscle ups consecutively, 10+ pull ups, 15+ body weight dips and maybe 30 strict pushups. I want to be able to learn the FullPlanche, Front Lever, Handstands, Dragon Flag etc. What would you recommend for me to do? and any meal plan?
