Kakuma Camp students affected by heavy rainfall and floods call for global

The heavy rainfall and flooding across East Africa has caused widespread damage, sweeping homes away, causing displacement, and even loss of lives.
The community in and around Kenya’s Kakuma Refugee Camp has also been affected. JWL and its partners are working to ensure continued learning while prioritising safety.
Rashid, a BA in Sustainable Development student, sees such events happening across the region but also in other parts of the world. He calls upon the global community to work together to take action - before it’s too late.
