Kenny was - and still is -my very best friend. I cannot take credit for where he took his knowledge but the first song he wanted to learn was Rebel Rouser by Duane Eddy and I wasn't about to get in his way. I sold him a $5.00 Kay acoustic that was painted royal blue and taught this genius his first song. I came back three weeks later and the boy was pickin' at a Gretch Country Gentleman and sounding the world like Old Man Chet hisself! You probably can figure out what happened next... I burned my guitar... I still miss that boy very, very much... and now I know for a fact that Heaven has one hell of a band!
What a great player! Super feeling. States the head like a fine vocalist. The group as a whole is so tasty ... not just blowin' through the changes. Something all musicians should aspire to. RIP Kenny.
