Perhaps it is a regional problem? I'm in the USA and skin like this rarely presents itself. I'm guessing it must be a lack of education and resources since I see many Vietnamese channels such as this on TH-cam. I just can't imagine that there are so many people out there that don't care for their skin.
I’m sorry but if you look at this OLD ladies skin you can tell she has had years of bad acne and at this age it is not easy to get to the doctors office much less a dermatologist. Old people’s blackheads are bigger and stickier then a teenager. She must have had pretty severe cystic acne as a teenager
@@rcnorton your right it can be a regional issue or years in the sun but if go into any nursing home you will see this in many of their patients. When I worked in a hospital it was a very common problem but not always this severe. If this was a teenager or young adult I would say the same thing but this is an all lady she deserves respect not insult

It actually was. It clearly shows that it, like many other images, are greatly photoshopped. They just copy and paste pimple all around the face. I myself got so sick of that, that I stopped following this channel. I loved them and their work, but I don't want to support people who photoshop the images, luring people to click their videos. I like honest people who don't edit their pics, like Josefa M Reina and Enilsa Brown.

Welcome to your caveman instincts. Before speech, we developed bonds by picking spots/blackheads/parasites/dead skin off our fellow cavemans bodies. It makes sense that we instinctively enjoy it. If you were grossed out, you would have struggled to make social bonds in your group.

Male client not female. According to Josefa by leaving the sheaf lining in the pore does not allow for proper healing. That’s how and why people have crevices on their skin.

@@jillylloyd5069 It depends on a lot of factors, damage to the pore, the amount of care the person puts into their skin (eg. sun exposure), the type of skin, and access to expert dermatological care. Dr. Davin Lim and Dr. Sandra Lee both talk extensively about surface help with lasers, creams, and other treatments and they couple it with subcutaneous care, eg. medications and steroids that can help control the amount of oil produced. Pores certainly can heal, but manage that expectation with knowing it may not be a 100% restoration. Certainly good hygiene helps, but it’s not the stand alone answer. Hormones, oils, makeup, sun damage etc. can adversely influence the skin. I would say see your dermatologist, they have access to really excellent solutions.

Old acne scars with years of build-up in them. Almost impossible to completely clean. But you did a great job without slicing his face to a bloody pulp. Never lose that tender touch you use.

To me, you look like you take a lot of care in your work. You are a lot cleaner than most and I have yet to see anyone bleed from you using the scalpel.

Why is everyone praising this? The pores weren't fully cleared, and it was hard to watch after the first extraction. It's so frustrating still seeing the blackhead and sebum leftover in the pore.

This is a spa..if this was done at a dermatologists office by an aesthetician..there are topical they can put on the skin that makes extractions easier

Black heads don't have sacs! 😁, but you're right it's a good idea to make sure the pore is completely emptied. Just so the pore can close up! ❤️ 😍

Fantastic. I love the satisfaction of clearing up a blackhead, but I struggle with a lot of videos where they just start needling peoples' skin cuz my trypanophobia kicks in (fear of needles). But the way you just gently tease out the gunk and don't abuse this man's skin is just so nice to watch

When there is a blackened area of the skin with more than one visible blackhead, that usually means that the sebum is all connected under the skin and it's very hard to get it out with straight up and down pinching. When dermatologists find these they will often use local anesthetic and make a small cut over the biggest blackhead and then push the whole mass out the direction of that slit
