😂 Hi Kevin mate, hope you’re good and had a great Christmas. Those dip sticks are absolutely sh1te, really difficult to read anytime but enjoyed your servicing skills. Those plugs are iridium plugs and last a long time, air filter and cabin filter also looked good tbh but nothing wrong with over servicing of course! Look forward to more reviews in the New Year bud. 🙌🏻
Lovely,,took 2 of these out for a test drive, had type r for years ,mainly ep3s I decided for a bmw 335d x drive in the end,I no 2 completely different cars, goes well tho for a diesel not got the honda fun factor but ticks alot of boxes, keep up the good work and look forward to your uploads
Oil pressure aways reads high on start up but as the car warms through you will see it settle to about halfway on the gauge. Hope this helps and puts your mind at ease.
Do like the red trim around the grill. Always thought it looked good on the white cars. You can get the filters out the airbox without removing the screws. You should get some more induction noise with the panel filter. Might be worth checking the throttle body hose has been done. As these are very common to split. Dream to an uprated silicon one. Coolant hose clamps as well, dream off a replacement upgrade set. As these factory ones are known to rust and become weak. All good preventative maintenance items.
good video dream are a good company i also use funky power as they are closer to me..dont know if if u know the gearbox oil filler hole is inbetween the air filter box and battery u need to move the air filter box out the way to access it mine has been running fine bought a new service book as the original one is fully stamped mine is on just over 60k miles
@@barrettsreviews theres videos on the gearbox oil change for the fk8 cant find any on the fk2 filler hole is the same location but on the fk8 the air filter box and battery are in the opposite places
Not really, Honda wanted £420 but that didn’t include spark plugs, but my local Honda dealership is a bit disappointing! Everything seems a bit too much trouble for them!!
Love the way you did everything. Killed it bro.
Thanks bud 👍
T pipe mod done? Definitely check throttle hose and replace with silicone pipe and coolant clamps. Had mine 6 years. Love it.
Thinking about doing that mod next 👍
Will change the hoses at the same time as have had a lot of people telling me that 👍
Much appreciated 👍

I’m guessing you’ve saved quite a bit compared to letting Honda do it for you , I’m a diy’er but on got a Corolla but enjoy watch this kind of content

@ £420 without plugs seems expensive to me
Its called a thin wall socket. Uspro make it as do others. Bmw use the same socket
Thank you 👍 my neighbour bought got me one for Xmas 👍
shes a beaut
Thanks buddy 👍
Them plastic covers underneath in hondas ruin the under body. Because of it moisture/salt is trapped behind it and that causes rust
Yeah I agree mate, but il only use it in the spring and summer months 👍
@@barrettsreviewsif youre planning to keep that beauty i would seal under body solid
@@sugarrfree watch my other videos on this car as did that 👍
