I was having such a bad panic attack last night I genuinely believed I was having a heart attack.
I played this video and immediately felt my heart rate regulate. I laid facing up and felt almost as if someone’s weight was over me and fell asleep a few minutes in before I woke up (the sensations I felt caused me to feel anxiety) then realized it just meant my anxiety was going away and quickly fell asleep then I woke up at 4:44am 🥹
