The beautiful thing about this bench for me is that no part is just there for effect. Every piece serves a necessary purpose. The proportions of the pieces, the overlaps and extensions, the tiny gaps where needed, the finishing of the corners, even the simplicity of the logo - everything comes together to make the most harmonious and inspiring bench.
beautiful work and such clean joinery
Like the simplicity. Easy to watch. No distractions of noise.

Beautiful! Good job! what type of oak is it?
Elegant simplicity. Nicely done. Who makes the chisels you use please.
Damn, I've never seen someone work that fast with a saw
Awesome ! Could you tell how much it cost you ??
Nice, but I had to turn off the sound.
What is that joint called? The one with the walnut inserts? Does it has a name?
In Japanese it is called a wari-kusabi joint, in western woodworking it is called the wedged mortise and tenon joint
what are you using for finish?
Rubio monocoat, works great
@@SashimonoStudio thank you! is there a color you like? do you use 1 or 2 part?
I just like natural, i think stain ruins the natural beauty of the wood. Is use the 2 component
What kind of wood is that?
It is oak, not sure what kind specifically
Where’s the vice?
Skip this I'm going for it.
