    My mom was chronically mentally ill. She decided to take her own life while I was in her womb but changed her mind because she saw an apparition of her dead mother in the bathroom medicine cabinet mirror telling her to stop as she reached for the pills. So yeah, I've thought a lot about this subject. I had a long conversation about it with my hair stylist who I suspect is an INFJ. Out of the blue she asked me if I thought babies were affected by what happened while in the womb. Her brother almost died in a horrific accident while her mother was carrying her. She asked me what I thought about this as she was trimming my hair! Nothing is too strange for an INFJ. Frankly, I just had a conversation about this last week during lunch with a friend. And now here is your video.

      I literally thought about my life being so important that before I was born my father wanted me to be born on his bday causing me to be born a month early and that was risky then when I was three there was a life threat in my life so I just was thinking this like 20 minutes ago. My intuition was letting me know how important I am and to not let life get to me sometimes and it’s it the very reason why it’s harder bc I’m very special and to stop letting people walk over me because I’m special and no one deserves me

      @@IloveJesus-k4i Yes, you are special. Everyone is special. Everyone is here for a reason. And absolutely don't let anyone walk all over you. You are your own bodyguard in this life. But I will say this...there are people out there that deserve you. You aren't alone out there. If you haven't found them yet, keep your mind and heart open because they are out there. Someone/people to be reciprocal with.

      I do think that becoming an infj starts at conception. My mother is extremely empathetic and I know it helped solidify my morality early - curious the thoughts of infjs who may not have had best relationships with their mothers for whatever reason… perhaps the maternal bonding directly stimulates and /or inhibit empathy development

    I have no idea what I "picked up from my mother in the womb." I do know the greater impact came from the genetics of both my parents. Mother is an 'S' type. Father was an NT. I spent my life struggling to connect with both parents. Simple answer for you: yes, the chemical environment a baby swims in while in the womb impacts its development, but I think/feel that genetics plays the stronger role. We're born hyper-intuitive. That intuition molds us throughout life into becoming who we are. (An aside: my husband is NT. My 1st son is NT. My best friend is NF. Her husband is NT. Her daughter is NF. That's a lot of rare personality types clustered together, don't you think?) 😊

    I don’t know, it feels like having memories that aren't even mine. I think I was around 3 years old when I first remember having my own inner monologue, maybe even earlier. I also have a faint memory of my legs muscles aching while learning to walk. That is the furthest I can remember. lol

    There is a theory out there that humans don’t have free will and supporters of this arguement note that while we may appear to choose freely our next action our mind has already chosen to do an action before we think it and thus that is driving our actions not our own free will……. I would guess those that believe this would see our intuiton as the example as to why free will can not exist and in fact it shows that even before we are aware of something our brain has done it automatically making us believe we “chose our next movement”… I can understand where people get confused because it kind of does have a chicken or an egg kind of thing going on the thing with intuition is it just gives you an extra lifeline in the game show of your life you know it’ll give you a clue and the more you trusted, and the more you learned to make good decisions the better it becomes other people who don’t have truly strong intuition would see our intuition and some kind of precursor to our cognition when it’s more just information that’s gonna be there for us
    Has anyone heard this theory? Anyone has any opposing viewpoints I would be very happy to discuss those as well but this video made me think about that discussion. I’ve been seeing lately.

      @@voicefromthedark-t2w It's funny, I was literally talking to some friends about this last night. A bit different but the concept of free will vs fate. Is it really free will, or was it fate after all that made us make that choice and we just think it was free will. Get it? A bit of a mind trip. I always wonder about fate. I do believe in kismet. Everything for a reason and all that. I just wonder how far it all goes. This theory you speak of definitely adds another layer for me to think about.

    • @voicefromthedark-t2w
      @voicefromthedark-t2w 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ Fate and free will aren’t mutually exclusive.. for example, it was Fate that I would become who I am but that doesn’t mean that I still wasn’t making those chosen freely.
      I think people came up with this idea that since our brain has analyzed soemthing before we know doesn’t mean that my decisions I make as a result of thst analysis aren’t mine to make . For example, someone could understand what stock to buy to make money but they still need to “choose” to do it . IMO, the unconscious provides a “background helper” that helps to provide information to the boss (the conscious mind) for it to make a decision . I do applaud the multidimensional thought problem but with how my unconscious and conscious mind work it is clear to be that both parts are integral to cognition and decision making and both work in concert together and thus it is irrelevant which has “more control”

    • @INFJCHECKMATE
      @INFJCHECKMATE  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @voicefromthedark-t2w Well now I'm going to get a little deeper into my thoughts here....I don't necessarily believe that every move you make is fate BUT I tend to think that you are meant to meet certain people in your life and have certain experiences and that is sort of fate is it not? Almost like opportunities for us to learn specific lessons are given to us by who and what we cross paths with. Whether we learn them is up to us. But of course this isn't based off of science, it's just my own thinking. So by my way of thinking I KNOW that someone in my comments, maybe many people, probably also you, is going to write something that I needed to hear or needed to learn.

    • @voicefromthedark-t2w
      @voicefromthedark-t2w 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ the way u define fate is the same way I would define it… I lost my father when I was very young at a critical crossroads in my life and as an infj I am able to see that my life trajectory would have been vastly different. This also would mean I wouldn’t have my girls as well so my life is a cognitive dissonance of wising I didn’t lose a parent but also knowing if I didn’t I wouldn’t have my babies. One of the many paradoxes of being us but a paradox I have learned to just accept when I know lost would not be able to reconcile the conflict 😆💪

      @@voicefromthedark-t2w Yes it's hard in that way isn't it. We lose somewhere, gain somewhere else. It really is like the butterfly effect. I have thought so many times about who I could have been if things were different. I can't even picture it though. Not even in my imagination.

      @INFJCHECKMATE Hamilton Howard "Albert" Fish
      From wikipedia:
      Fish's family had a history of mental illness. His uncle had mania, one of his brothers was confined in a state mental hospital, a paternal half-brother suffered from schizophrenia and his sister Annie was diagnosed with a "mental affliction". Three other relatives were diagnosed with mental illnesses, and his mother had "aural and/or visual hallucinations"
      I read so many books about serial killers. So what do you think went on with that guy in his moms womb😂 pure evil. If dont electric chair someone and have the victims relatives forgive him. I think that system eould have failed im changing him. Know one would have forgiven him. Bat shit crazy. 😂 but there seems to be a mental transfer from his mom.
