This Kid has it, just like Valentino Rossi in "the Old Days" Having fun in ryding/Racing. Hope to see you in Europe. I will look for you. All the succes for you. Oh and pappa Kid you do a great job suporting 'the Kid'.
Back in the late 80 like 1987. The 500 usgp race I think it was. They had mini pro race that day between motos. It had Jeff Emig, Damon Bradshaw,Jimmy Gaddis ,Jimmy Button. On 80’s not 85’s the announcer said the 80’s had the same times as the 500’s. Two strokes. But when you reduce the weight of the bike and rider each by half you only need 1/2 the hp to keep up. I’m not knocking this in any way .But the usgp was the best in the world. Awesome to see the quality like this coming out of Asia
Thanks for that cool story - yes maybe power/weight ratio is similar to the big bikes but even in that case it's the skill level that "makes it happen" ✅️🏆🏁 and to have that skill level at 13 years old is exceptional - think about how good he can become in the future 😀
You right but you probably agree as well that a 4 stroke is much easier to ride on hard slippery tracks then a 2 stroke he normally prefers Sand or Lomey In the semifinals of the European championship he had the 3rd fastest Laptime and the top 15 will move up for jext year Brian still got one more year left. I think he definitely got potential to get a lot of podiums next year as he is not even a year on the 85 Thanks gor your input and intrest
Awesome ride and rider.. technique beating horsepower.. I've seen the little guys turn some of the fastest lap times. Next time dad, check those bolts before the race!
FYI... 85cc bikes have a power to weight ratio equal to 250cc bikes. If the riders weight is good for the machine he will go as fast as the 250 riders as long as he is capable of riding it like that. We had a rider here back in the late 80's that would consistently beat the 125 & 250 A classes.
It's pretty close in HP/KG ratio, but the modern 250F bikes have a small advantage if using average body weight numbers, no mods - Husky 85 plus avg. rider = 0.2 HP/KG and YZ250F plus avg. rider 0.24 HP/KG ... which could explain why 5 of the 250F riders pulled away on the rave start ✅️
Dean Wilson effectively did that and a lot more at the Walton Transcan in about 07 or 08? He set something like the 3rd fastest overall time including the pros. Annihilated the field in the 85cc(or supermini?) final.
This is exactly what took place in the 80's when TM Racing had 80CC dirt bikes lines up against the major 4 at that time of 250CC dirt bikes, and as the story goes, the 80CC dirt bikes were winning...and then right after that, TM racing had a importer that was bringing in the TM Racing 80cc dirt bikes, into the United States, I will not say it was only the bikes, that would be a comment that of course is untrue, as the rider has to be good, and when you take talent and a superior machine, well that is what wins races.
I've been on track with fast 85cc riders, they're hard to beat, power to wt ratio.. but their disadvantages are smaller tires on a rough track.. with a 112cc kit and big wheels you'd be hard pressed to keep up. Idk if that's the case. Dude is serious though... come to Loretta's please..
@tracyjohnson7017 yes, it was a slower "lapper" that crossed the finish line when they waved the checkered flag. It's normal- they have to make sure the leaders see the checkered flag right ✅️
hope you tell this great young racer to start a yt channel because fb doesnt give pennies like yt does. this 32k video should of made you a few pennies ;-)
That is cool. Do professional motocross guys make a living in Thailand racing or do they have other main jobs to support themselves? It is cool that Thailand has motocross while China do not though!
85cc 2 stroke way faster than 250cc 4 stroke. Power to weight ratio kid has advantage. No other way to explain it. Put him on a 4 stroke he will loose.

@@FastCoachToby Yeah right Coach! You are obviously indoctrinated.. Keep spewing numbers and baffling them with your 🐂💩. You will never catch me in knowledge cause you will never catch me in age. I was racing MX while you were in the womb.
Like they say, 20% motorcycle, 80% rider. And this been proven many times. Congratulations kid, great work.
Agree👍👍👍
This is great stuff. The little dude acted like it was business as usual. Love it.

Imagine being in first place thinking you're pulling a gap..Only to hear an 85 coming up & pass you..😂😂 The boy has talent!!
Stuck in 3rd gear too enough to make me sell my bike lol
Thanks for sharing this video to give exposure to this young talented rider. You told the story and shared the enthusiasm perfectly

I went to the Unadilla rounds of the USGP back in the late 70's thru 80's. The two strokes were the best. Bob Hannah was king!

Our 2020 kx 85 does 64 with my fat old but on her stick gearing
Like the old days in 70s Guy's ride 125 in a 500 open class and win.
Travis pastrana did the samething when we was kids. On a 80 and even start on the gate backwards
Awesome skills
Amazing, the next Jett.
Kid is a natural. I bet the 250 guys were hatin...
Donnie Schmitt used to do that. I watched him turn the fastest laps of any bike that day and it was at a sand track
Pretty fricken awesome!!
Yeah this kid needs a factory ride.
Gonna be the next Haiden Deegan
Use to see George Holland do this on a weekly bases

And a 2-smoke beat the 4-stroke! :)
Someone get this kid to America on a factory team HRC
It looked to me the kid got second, because of the flag guy!

The 2 stroke advantage
Not exactly, it's harder to go faster on a two-stroke than a modern 4-stroke👍
ROCKS!!🏁🏁🏁🤙🤙😁😁
First Asian of European dad to do this.
My uncle did that when he was on a yz85 he was like 9 years old might have been the 70s
hope you tell this great young racer to start a yt channel because fb doesnt give pennies like yt does. this 32k video should of made you a few pennies ;-)
is there any videos of him racing other then this one
Just off to remove my gear leaver 😅

Races in the US and gets smoked 😂😂 would love to see him race smart guys in Loretta’s
I hope he will race there and prove you wrong, have a good weekend and keep working on your riding skills 😁✅️
I don’t think he would beat DANGER BOY..,.!,,
Does this little gun have an Instagram page?
I do that on my Click.
Noice.!

Doesn't a 85cc 2stroke have the same kind of hp as a 250 four-stroke? The kid obviously has skill but the bikes are pretty evenly matched
No absolutely not. The Kid is good.
@@vanDeudekom I said the kid has skill but the bikes are indeed the same HP plus it's power to weigh ratio is better on the 85cc
