41fps is perfectly okay for a flight sim. I like 100+ fps in multiplayer shooters and anything over 80 in general games. 40 fps on ultra is fine for a flight sim.
Raise your flaps all the way. I see a bunch of vids with people leaving their flaps at 10 degrees and flying an airliner at 30,000 feet and 180 knots. This is wrong Flaps are for landing and takeoff, they create more lift at slow speed, but create a lot more drag and slow the plane. It says overspeed because your flaps are down.

not just hardware as well software and engine limitation is there, xbox one x going to run this game idk mid 20 and 30 fps but still it is going to be an extraordinary achievement since current gen console hardware pretty outdated and that jagur cpu worse then a fx 8350, i still dnt understand why they use old dx11 when dx12 can somehow remove some of the cpu and gpu problem with async pipeline and this a full 60$ game lol, may be they could wait few years work with new advance engine that can utilize the hardware more efficient way, but why not they can show off what is the next coming and be prepare for that, i highly doubt even a 3090 can run this game stable 60 fps since the low attitude fly in city will be always cpu bound, we have the cpu power but the engine is not fast enough to utilize its full power

i have 5700xt and 3700x with 16gb 3600 ram. Dude it runs good enough at 1440p. That's a lot of data and view distance to handle. Really a remarkable game. From what i understand even the 2080ti will only give you about 60 on high settings.

I had an RX 480 and now have an RX 5700 XT. I’d say wait for next gen, coming before Xmas. Wish I hadn’t upgraded. This game isn’t for this gen gfx, no matter which card, it’s just choppy. It stutters and drops below 1FPS even on my card. I have a Ryzen 2700 + 32GB + 970 Evo. Make sure your drivers are patched too, these things are usually just resolved for all cards in patches.
My new build 5-3600XT / 5700XT is due for delivery this week so I'm beginning to get very excitied although my broadband speed of 17-20mbps may well frustrate

Flight simulator seems to be the new crysis. A bit ahead of it's time although I don't think it's fair to completely blame hardware when poor software optimization has been a trend for at least a decade now.

This is not true for 95% of time 16 gb is enough. There are some tests showing no increase above 16gb, but the game is getting there maybe for future addons will be a real change
Running all those computers in the dash takes its toll. Hopefully everything will be further optimized in the ever continuing work on this sim. Updates will come regularly.
It has been a while since I last tried Flight Simulator, but the game is running way better compared to before, I believe the A770 will work fine in the game.

1660 SUPER + RYZEN 5 3600 + 16GB RAM. Para 1080p é o melhor e mais estável pelo que testei aqui pois não há hardware que pegue 60fps nesse jogo

What version of adrenalin do you have? I have the same config hw but it crashes to desktop after a few minutes..

This game is very slow-paced. You don't need 60+fps in this imo. I think this is some of the rare cases that quality is preferred than performace.
So, this looks fine to me. I mean, it's not a fast game, you don't need the 144 frames to dodge enemy bullets. This looks good.

I got 32gb of ram and there is not a huge difference in performance to be honest. The game is using around 20-22GBs or so of RAM
5700 XT is a genius card.

You can play on Ultra but you won't get 60fps. The performance is pretty similar to 1440p on this game
