Round 9 of that fight teo stopped hitting a discombobulated kambosas for almost 30 full seconds that was a horrendous decision on his part that cost him all his titles. Teo started to talk shit thinking he had the match in the bag. honestly it was a taste of humble pie that’s all I can say. Teofimio is still the better fighter in my eyes. Just so many things that could wrong for him did. An inexperienced corner making him think he was in the lead, having no game plan, coming out of shape(not being 100% from Covid and complications even after having over a year and half of preparation. Separation between himself and his pregnant wife while in the final weeks leading up to the fight. Letting kambosas get in his head. Get him out of his comfort zone and make him make so many mistakes. Fighting angry is never a good idea fighting calm and fluid like teo usually does has worked for him. He was the opposite but like he said it is a lesson learned
