Home workout for fat burn and endurance
Do the following routine for 3 times without rest and end of each set take rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Remember that you can burn up more calories without the need of any equipment
The plyometric workout routine as follows
1. Jumping Jacks
2.high knees
3.crunches
4.speed Jacks
5.burpees
6.step up
7.lunges
8.v-hold
9.jump squats
10.low-high plank
11.sumo squats
12. Regular Pushups
13.close Pushups
14.squats
Remember to push the limit !!
