Chatusloki

Listen and learn along with the Chatusloki sloka and thaniyan.
Chatusloki are four Sanskrit slokas written by Sri Alavandar. This sloka sings praise to Mahalakshmi thayar and allows one to understand her innate qualities with clarity. It is one of the very first slogans written on Mahalakshmi in our tradition. This sloka can be recited by everyone.
Thaniyan are slokas that demonstrates the virtuous qualities of Acharyas.
Sri Alavandar was a Sri Vaishnavaite acharya of 11th century AD and the grandson of Nathamunigal.
