I think the list is oretty fair, but i would bump ratio up a tier or two. Its alright by itself, but shows its true cokors when paired with another good technique. That debuff on 7:3 is beyond useful during boss fights. Since i need to black flash anyways, free combo extender debuff.
Heavenly restriction is S+ easy I can beat the final boss under 2 mins solo maybe in the beginning it’s hard to get good damage I had infinity and some other moves and my m1s do more than most of the moves it depends on accessories as well and if you unlock the scroll but you need 300 for special
Maybe if I revive the discord server we can do that type of stuff again. That'd be fun. Channel has changed a lot Col, I'm busy with school/work/gym/extracurriculars so we'll see. . . I'm trying to outsource this channel to my little brother before I leave for college, just kind of depends how committed he is when he takes over fully

star rage is also good if you have 3 or 4 slot, its like gamble for support

the tier list is good tbh, but i prefer you doing two tier list make pve and pvp out

Soul manip has only like three good moves, spirit body, and the fist slam. Like the rest of the kit super clunky and has very low damage.
