Wish they had mentioned Hard Candy and Young Adult, two of my favorite roles of his, but it was cool hearing his thoughts on what was mentioned. Also cool to see his reactions, one of the things that makes this series an interesting, more breezy contrast to the GQ/Vanity Fair career retrospectives. But yeah, Patrick is extremely underrated, I think because his performances feel so lived-in that it comes off as effortless. But it’s really hard to be the glue character, the one who holds a story together and grounds it against the more fantastical/zanier elements involved. Also fyi his wife, Dagmara Domińczyk, is also a great actor, love her in The Lost Daughter and Succession.
