The Cybertalkies interviews do not feel like interviews at all, they are more like a casual tete-a-tete, stemming from a mutual love for cinema. The reason why many interviews fall flat, despite the interviewee being a loaded personality, is because of the lack of commitment shown by the interviewer. Anindya is doing a brilliant job at conducting these sessions. Would be great if you could talk to technicians like gaffers or sound recordists. They can give us intriguing ringside views of the star-studded affairs.
Very well discussion few points
a. The acring school, a key aspect, but need well collaboration within actor community and corporate investment with true vision with passion.
b. Very well said by Riddhi, the acting stream or actors community are not taken seriously by society by and large - this needs to be changed primarily by media and actors as well.

Riddhi is brilliant. Intelligent, immensely talented yet has the innocence and vulnerability that a good budding actor needs . He is so on point about so many things . Watching this interview was a delight. Once again thanks to the amazing interviewer who didn't ask even 1 irrelevant question.
We needed an interview format like this for cinema in Bengal. Really enjoying it. But what I enjoy most are the questions and how Anindya presents them and engages the guests.

সব মানলাম। থিয়েটার কে commercialized হতে হবে মানতে পারলাম না। থিয়েটার কি শুধু এলিট সোসাইটির জন্য নাকি সর্বসাধারণের মানুষ৷ যাদের জন্য আমাদের থিয়েটার তারা পারবে আইনক্সে র দামে টিকিট কেটে নাটক দেখতে? সফদর হাস্মি এর আদর্শের কথা এনারা ভুলে গেলেন?
সরকারি অনুদানে চলে কিছু। বাকিদের অবস্থা বাজে। চলবে কি করে! আইনক্সে কেন? কিন্তু পয়সা তো একটা আসতে হবে। অডিয়েন্সের কাছে পৌছতে হবে।

Great work Cybertalkies. Nice attempt to bring the focus back to cinema. I am however surprised to see all your guests are male! :) I hope you don’t associate deeper intellectual aspects of Cinema with just 1 gender.
