I made a fibreglass Deathstroke helmet cause I wanted it to be strong enough to take hits. But if you make a mistake with fibreglass you are pretty much screwed.
Just purchased your DeatStrOke v2.0 template from your Etsy shop! .. as well as your Zoom template too! cant wait to make these.. having a tad of difficulty making my own mask.. just seeing how I get on.. so going to make the ones from your templates.. then apply what I have learned and make my own! I have a question for you about ED, when you got him did you get him with your size head? Or was that a lucky coincidence. Can you order those heads in different sizes?
ED is an average size head. same as mine so it works.. although i still have to make adjustments to the helmet time to time since i want the helmet bit loose
in the states is Barge Cement.. very good contact adhisive.. and in UK you can Use EvoStick contact cement (you can get the solvent and solvent free (white) version).. the solvent version is better.. but make sure you open a window.
I uploaded a stl DCEU deathstroke helmet onto blender and added it mesh, mirror it and turned it into a unfoldable pepakura file to make my DCEU deathstroke helmet 👍🏼

is craft foam different to normal foam?
ever thought of making a cast of your head? maybe that will save some time for form fitting instead of guessing the size and hoping it fits your head?

no I use a knife sharpener. i can go months with a single blade

If you have an oven; that works too. Beware though, that some smell may be left in there for a little while.
