I didn't know that they have Japanese hotpot places in the Philippines, I've been living in Ottawa for like 4 years and the Filipino community is very generous giving us home made side dishes like adobo and sinigang. It's weird seeing Kimchi because it's a Korean thing and the pot is too small, but I hope you ate well. My Mom makes our nabe broth lighter in color though but yours looks very creamy, we also dip the meat from the nabe in raw egg from a separate bowl. I missed it so much! I wish you keep making videos!
