No hate, I loved your video. Just wanted to say that the reason why the washcloth thing could cause a problem is that you need be wiping always from front to behind, otherwise the bacteria from the rear section of our body can get in the urethra, and cause the UTI. I was explained this by my doctor and thought I would share.

This may seem a little graphic but we are all grown adults here trying to help each other. This technic my cousin showed me when we were little kids and that was 36 years ago and I still do it to this day. Trust me it is life changing!!! She would always come out the bathroom in a flash after a bowel movement and was wondering what always took me so long because she wanted to get back to playing outside. Like can you give me time to wipe myself. She's like it shouldn't take that long. I'll skip the rest of the conversation to get to the point. She told me to hold each side of my booty cheeks an spread them not to wide but enough so my t*rd falls straight into the toilet and not TOUCH MY CHEEKS AT ALL!!!! 🌈🌈. tried it the next time. I was out the bathroom in a flash 😄 and super clean. Very little residue just on my butt hole instead of a TON smeared all between my cheeks which had me wiping forever. As I became an adult and by butt is bigger I just gently put each side of my cheek on the toilet seat and it's a CLEAN DROP!!!! Very MINIMAL CLEAN UP!!!! Trust me it's a GAME CHANGER!!! 💯

I absolutely love that you put out this video, very much needed for females to understand proper hygiene. I work with the public and boy are there many females as well as male that dont know how to take care and are so smelly not only large people face issues like this but all kind of body types I have encounter are not using proper methods. When growing up I didn't have anyone tell me any hacks, instructions or life lessons of hygiene, instead I use my instincts and I bought products that work well for me and also doing research and trying out what works best for you. We are all pretty much gifted with internet so there's no excuse to not research and look for information as well as talking to your doctor for recommendations. People need to open up. Thank you Stella for putting the word out there. I've been saying this for years when I have girl talks and it amazes me how much people just don't care.

I have been using lume deodorant cream between my legs and it really works. I actually gained weight and don't have air in my car so I get really musty close to my bum and in the crevices. I was using everything and then I gave lume a try. Change my life. I don't feel embarrassed after sex and go another round without that musty smell. Lume is good and I am a heavy sweater so I'm going to keep using it. I still get a little musty as I should when I am really active. Also, yes! Like you said, I started washing my vagina with water instead of all the different soaps I was using. I still wash under my belly and the thigh areas with soap but the vagaga, water only. A handheld showerhead is a fat girl's dream. Im able to wash my bum better but I also have a hand brush.
I'm now using cotton pads to help catch sweat because if you're big, you are going to sweat in areas more where other women might not. Like you, im very self conscious and always pay attention to my odors. I used to use Ammens powder but stopped after the whole cancer scare with Johnsons. I do still use it on the pads. I haven't tried shaving yet. I did try a vaginal spray but it didn't do anything for me.
Thanks for having those open discussion.

For the UTI, it depends on which species of infection as to which natural remedies will help. If it’s e. Coli, cranberry capsules, bilberry capsules, and a really good probiotic, like bio-k will help. If the UTI species is e. faeclis, ginger capsules with food or ginger tea can help. Sanji Vani vati is an Ayurvedic tablet which helped me with my digestion, my bladder, and my vagina. My urologist recommended taking a vitamin e supplement.
I use cetaphil creamy cleanser instead of a vaginal wash because many of those say it is fragrance free, but if you turn it around to read the ingredients it may have fragrance listed.

I can’t use feminine deodorant spray down there, but a friend taught me that I can spray that on my body, especially under my boobs and it keeps me dry and the sweat away.

Beautiful plus size queen. I’ve been overweight plus plus for 18 years the last few years have been horrible smell wise. I take a shower daily sometimes two and nothing is keeping me fresh ugh it’s frustrating! Also when my diet isn’t the best I can tell my odor changes so much all over. I’m trying to go more natural in my products and plan to go completely hairless again. That you are right it helps a lot

Try using apple cider vinegar , you kno how you put ur conditioner in and let it sit before washing it off, basically do the same thing , water down some ACV , put it on ur body let it sit alil you can shave ur legs or something in between time , then rinse it all off and take your regular shower with ur soaps , it works , it lowers how fast bacteria grows

Omg! I have not been washing my body meaning my Pandora box. I about a year ago while on my period, I had slept with the tampon overnight. It was so irritating, so the hypochondriac in my went to my Gynecologists'. He suggested that I no longer wash my body with feminine hygiene products. It was the best thing that I could have ever done. I realize that the soaps are all chemicals that effect your PH Balance. I'm so loving my Pandora box.

Good advise from all the ladies here. I personally stopped using feminine wash because iy irritated me more so now I use baby wash it is so gentle no irritation at all. I also as an older woman 44 it gets dry more often so I use coconut oil. I will try the Boric life and the cranberry pills I read in another comment. Thanks from one big girl to another.

This video was very well needed! I agree that we need to change that “big girls stink” narrative because that is not true for everyone! One thing that I personally do is peroxide douching as needed. Usually once or twice a month and I never have a smell.

such a great & informative video!! It took me a while to find my groove with maintaining my hygiene down there, like figuring out what worked for me & didn't work, and a few of the things you mentioned I also incorporate, such as using a specific wash and using a specific deodorant for down there (The deodorant & wash alone are complete game changers!!!). I also notice that I smell & feel fresher when I'm clean shaven, but the itchiness after shaving discourages me from doing it... how do you handle/prevent the post-shaving itchiness? Also, I would love if you could do a video on having sex as a big girl. I'm a virgin, so I have no experience in this department and I don't plan to for a while, but it is something that worries me when that time comes. I love how you touched on freshening up prior, so I was wondering if you could provide more tips & insight on the subject in terms of confidence/self-consciousness & your experiences as being sexually active as a big girl?

I really appreciate you adressing all these things. I took a look at Boric life, not available in The Netherlands for as far as I can see but I'll buy it on Ebay. I'm very curious to see what the result is. I hoped in a way that you had some tips for girl getting infections from hair that is growing into the skin but I guess you don't have that problem. A scrub, sharp raisor, shavingcream, warm water it doesn't prevent it in my case. But for the rest I would like to say thanks for opening up about such a private thing. Great job. You look stunning.
