😂ah, the perpetually broken sink! The endless popcorn! OG friends and sims is getting so inception-y (yes we can make up all the words). This is such a cute idea, I *love* how you've done these as the 10th anniversary thing, and it'll be nice after the re-re-boot next year maybe to return and build extras. Also, I'm 100% going to build this little firehouse in Sims 😆(I've been looking for inspo for new sims builds, this is great inspiration!)
You could have used a curved piece to extend the beam on the first floor one stud and build a vertical support beam in front of the seats and everything would’ve worked.

In front of the lamp in Andreas room..couldn't you put a little magazine rack? Like the 1x3 plate with the extended wall...and add a book or something...head phones even with her laptop...at least it wouldn't be wasted space...and yes...I learned from the best!!

I ran out a while ago 😂. There were fewer Friends sets released this year, I think because the ones that were are bigger. So I am absolutely hanging out for next year’s sets!
My lil sis destroyed all my lego sets since 2018 to 2021 so i have the pieces of the sets but no instructions 😂 So i wish i could renovate the friendship house-
