The impound only saves 2 random (it seems) cars, i.e. I've modified a car, drove it, went into a mission and naturally it disappeared as missions tend to spiral out of control all over the place. The impound has 2 Audi R8 (let's be honest) cars for Franklin (in this case) and not the car I've recently spent a lot of money on.
Same! I bought a Grotti Turismo R and i modified it for +50-80k $ and i lost it. Went to car impound, i found Michael's red car and my other car. The Turismo wasnt there..

if you get a vehicle and park it at your house then save the game by sleeping then after few minutes it will disappear then you can go to the impound to get it again works

In that 20 seconds it took to walk from the street to the garage the car was stolen. Ofcourse once I walked into the garage the game saved over my other save. It says there is a car in the impound, but when I go there it doesn't give me the option to click the road to retrieve it. Those people suck lol

I have a question. Will vehicle mod such as GTR will be in impound if i lose it. I check the vehicle impound but there is no car available for me to get. The gtr is not blown up, the mission from phone start then i need to change a car. After the mission, it is not in my garage and impound. Any solution for this?

I bought a supercar online and left it somewhere (was not destroyed) and it wasn't in the impound u showed in this vid. Background to it cuz I wonder if I glitched it out of existence or smthn. I did the gauntlet mission heist set up where for the final heist in the game "The Big Score" you have to get three gauntlets. I drove my supercar to get the 1st one. Delivered it. Went to the impound shown in this video and my supercar was there so I paid $250 to get it out. For some reason the gauntlet I just Delivered to complete the set up heist mission was also in the impound. So I paid $250 to get that one out as well. The game thought I found the 2nd gauntlet (u need to find 3 at the exact locations on the map to complete the heist set up) and I proceeded to Deliver the gauntlet thus completing that mission. However, my supercar is now gone. It wasn't destroyed as I took it out the impound. Its not in the impound. Did I glitch it out by taking out the gauntlet that shouldn't have been in the impound in the 1st place?

The only way to save the lamborghini is to save the game before blowing it up and when u blown it then go to the quick save and go to the save where u saved ur lambo

What happens to your car when you won it from the wheel and someone blows it up right away?
To make a car go into vehicle impound,
Save it in your garage then put it out of your house area, or modify your car and then leave it abandoned.
Such a pity that all the cars are crazy too responsive when steering with the keyboard on PC.
