Thank you for the information. I am just now starting to use the Foxfarm line indoor grow 4x4 tent with 4 plants (15 Gallon Fabric Grow Bags) with Foxfarm Ocean Forest & Coco Loco. Then I add 20-30% Worm Castings and other goodies like Great White & Recharge along with some Cal Mag and Micro. I also use a compost Tea called Boogie Brew along with Alaskan Fish Fertilizer. So far so good :)

First time grower, i plan too use Fox Farms ocean forest pottin soil (ive heard its really good) what is the "best" nutrient/fertilizer for the money? Itll be in an indoor/outdoor grow usin auto grow seeds in 2 gal pots (indoor at night,no lamps or anythin special mainly just too keep animals/pests off of it and too keep it from shocked from weather and outside durin the day in the sun, if that matters) i read up on the pot size recomended for auto grow and read 1.5-2.5 is fine so i thought 2 gal would be fine
I think at least three gallons and if you know the autos you have grow big then bump up to a five. I've had huge autos so I would always at least use a three gallon bucket
@@whocares4464 So far the 3 that im doin are great besides havin a small defifiency early on and then burnt leaves (in direct sun of 80-96°) and now thrips which i think i got rid of but im not 100% sure, so if you got a tip too get rid of them let me know, thanks

Plants need both calcium and magnesium but not necessarily together or at the same time. Epsom salts are good for mag and sulfur , bone meal works well for calcium as does domite lime or gypsum. Egg shells , burnt cucumber peels, banana peels, etc composted with coffee grounds also help enrich soils.
I do not recommend any of the concentrated powders from F.F. to hot even at 1/2 strength. Salts build up too fast. Trio is OK during veg. Castings good throughout grow. I switch to G.H.bloom powder it p.h.s on its own not like shifty ass FF. Then I use calmag+.

Growdots and recharge. Also stash blend. For soil maybe try roots organic in the camo bag.
