This was a performance of a lifetime for Freddie, it ment everything to him to sing with someone of Montserrats caliber. I'm very happy that Freddie got to scratch this one off his bucket list, he's one of the greatest frontman to ever grace the stage. I think it worked because he remained the rock god and she remained the opera diva. I didn’t discover the Barcelona album until three years ago. I don’t even care for opera! But these two sound fantastic together. 👍. Thanks for the reaction.

She was his favourite singer. Freddie loves Ópera and Montssy was the best soprano on the world. One day, she accepted know him, and everything changed. The best friends and the best collaboration in History.
This day, she take his hand because he’s crying. Later , Freddie told her “ this is the last time I kissed your cheek “ , she was the second person who knew that Freddie couldn’t sing at Olimpiadas , the AIDS , she never said nothing and help him during his illness to his death . Freddie made reality his dream, sing with Montssy. The LP “Barcelona” , is a jewel. And yes , the song Barcelona used to be the world’s signal of TV in Open Ceremony of Olimpic Games in Barcelona 1992 .
