Guys, In this video I will describe basic wash on denim pant...
Desizing: It is the first wet process of denim washing. It removes the flat, oil and size materials.
Enzyme: enzyme hydrolize th cellulose.It also attack the yarn portion that's why color come out from the yarn.so it creates fading effect on denim pant.
Bleach: Bleach also remove color from the denim pant. we achieve different shade by bleaching process.

Sir basic chemical working plz explain like we used alpha amylase in desizing to 1,4 beta gulcoside linkage and convert water insoluble form to soluble like explain other chemicals plz
Don't call me sir, call me brother....however....bro If I show chemistry of desizing agent in detail, maximum viewer cant understand. my video is not for only textile engineer but also none textile person.I want to just give basic concept.chemical name with there function....maximum people dont know the every chemical chemistry.but they do well in factory. minimum people know the chemistry with functional. L.P-30 is used for desizing that is one kinds of detergant.....S.P super or neutral enzyme is used for enzyme process.....thnx for comment.......

What will happen if we don’t do de-sizing or we don’t neutral the garment?
in one word:de-sizing agent remove the size material and water surface tension.....If I dont neutral the gmts....gmts will be damage due to use clorin bleach.......For detail:plz join my fb group and text to admin......thnx for watching...plz share my video.....
After desizing with temp 55'centrigate only 20 minutes.two rinse with cold water.thrn u take water up to the febric (kindly test water hard or soft),then use adequate liq.chlorine of 40 percent power amd slowly move the machine 15 to 20 menuites with continuous observation,then no problem arice,u also add 50gm liq soap in chlorine bath.
Definitely use acetic acid if acid enzyme,ph should be 5.5.
Nothing,u can soap well and then direct go acid enzyme process before dyeing.Bit in case of thik denim ie GMS high then it will create line.otherwise no problem.
