My local Dollar General had the sleigh and a truck with a tree in the bed. I thought about getting the truck but I have so many little truck decorations right now I thought it would be better to leave it for someone else to enjoy. I really enjoy watching you craft, your voice and mannerisms are soothing. 🥰

Walmart also sells metallic paints, they're by Folk Art. They also sell Color Shifting metallic paints, they're beautiful! Love your projects today! So pretty!
I'm so jealous! I saw these trees last month and didn't buy them. Then I saw them on another channel, went back and they were gone. We have 5 Dollar General stores in our area and none have them. I should know better by now lol!! Absolutely love the way you painted the sleigh. The gold was a great choice. I will probably make an arrangement of greenery and berries in the old one I have after it gets a new paint job. Thanks for sharing! Jo

You could use the wood pieces from dt for trunks on the trees which would give them some height. Those wood pieces are cute and festive. Love from northern Missouri

I was gonna say put some deer in front of the sleigh and make a Xmas bag full of little presents....that would be so cute. I would use the tree skirt from dollar tree that is red velvet and has a white furry trim. I love love love those little Xmas trees. I hope I can find them. These crafts turned out really great Jody.

Use your wood filler and cut the tree like it needs to be or take it back. You got this. Where there's a will, there's a way. The sleigh is absolutely gorgeous. I have a curious question. Jody, the little piece that came with the sleigh goes into the side. The piece you thought was extra. I broke mine trying to fit it together so I need to try and find another one. Yours looks great!

I really like the trees and the sled and how they turned out. I would very much like to get the sled kit and make one for myself but I cannot find it at any of the Dollar General stores and I have been to several. Did you recently purchase the sled kit or was it last year? Some people posted d I y videos using it last year.
Oh my gosh! I had to go to 2 Dollar Generals to get the wood trees and my pack was open. It was the only one available and I could tell all 6 pieces were in there. I got home and went to paint them and the 2 small ones, were the same piece so I couldn't put the small one together. I assumed some dummy switched a piece that looked kinda weird and ended up with 2 of the same piece as well. I am still going to use it somehow though. I think I'll add scrapbook paper to those 2 pieces and use them on a sign. I got the sleigh as well and can't wait to do that one. Great diys! TFS!

What is the tool you are using for the dots called? My Dollar Tree doesn't have it, thought I could find it somewhere else. Love the trees and sleigh.
