Also the benefit of this concert was lots of publicity and money went to his Heal the World charity. Much missed legend.

I did a little reading on this halftime show and found out the halftime show drew greater audience numbers than the game itself. (The Super Bowl XLIX halftime show with Katy Perry is the most watched halftime show on on network broadcast, with a TV audience of 118.5 million.)
