For some unclear reason, this song strongly reminds me of "Little Green Apples" by O.C. Smith! I don't know what it is about it, if it's the rhythm or the harmony structure or the basic melody part. But that's the first song that comes to mind when I hear this particular tune come to mind. Love it!
