Yo Aaron, I just wanted to say about the curl enhancing smoothie you got (Im not sure if its even yours since you didnt talk about it) There are different types of that product by Shea Moisture and Shea Moisture themselves have a chart about wich one to use with your hairtype. The one you have is more for actual curls-kinky hair (Coconut, Hibiscus). You can Ofc use the one you have if it works for you but you can also try out the Curl Enhancing smoothie Manuka, Honey and Yogurt or an allrounder like Virgin Coconut oil (By shea moisture)

Most people probably don't notice your legs as much as you notice them. And if they can't tolerate your legs/make fun of whatever, then they are most definitely not the people you should have in your life.

And you shouldn't care what people think or say about you that you don't have anything to do with anyway. You should only care what your really close friends or close family think of you. You're never perfect, but people who support you you should value their opinion.
@@linus4693 you cant not care about what other people think. its engrained in our minds, and hurtful comments are way stronger than positive comments with how we percieve them. we are humans not animals. and also school (or work but not as much) forces you to be with people you might not want to be with. most of the "advice" isnt helpful or applicable. you cant tell an irrational insecurity away like that. and OP: none of us are therapists. 1. Wake up early and make sure you wake up properly.
2. Dress stylishly and confidently.
3. Finish your look with nice shoes, that match your outfit.
4. Make sure you change your outfit. Don’t wear same jacket and same clothes every day.
5. Minimize stress. For example by sleeping well and exercising.
