Uneducated means that they have not gone to any film schools and learnt filmmaking craft. They learnt the craft by observing people is what he meant
Rajamouli never went to college only studied till +2. Sukumar is a maths school teacher with no formal education on film making.

"Animal" is Definitely a Cult Classic Movie...But I Hope this Kind of films Never Made again in India...bcz these films are Harmful for our Society...
