The guy comes from a super rich and connected family but his mom even addressed the Hottest Fan Club in Thailand without denying anything, just said that as his family they will provide him moral and emotional support but he will face whatever legal consequences that comes his way. So many of these silver spoon kids in his position would have hidden behind lawyers or their parents will try to whitewash everything. But not him. He took full responsibility, cooperated with the police and didn't run away from the scene.
It's been years and I think people have mostly moved on since then. What's more important is that the other members didn't brush it under the rug either and acknowledged that he made a mistake and that they would support him through it. He could have left the group and gone to Thailand and China to earn bucketloads of money but he stayed out of loyalty to the members. In retrospect though, he and Jun.K's DUIs are minor compared to what some members in certain fellow 2nd gen groups (not gonna name them but anyone who reads the news probably knows by now) had been up to and both of them had cooperated fully with the police and kept in the straight and narrow ever since their incidents.
Please protect nichkhun and his beautiful family and stop anyone for hurting nichkhun thank you very much. He and his family are beautiful in their own ways. I still believe nichkhun is totally innocent.

Nickhyun never truly meant to hurt anyone regarding the drunk driving DUI incident. Under the Canadian law you are not suppose to have cellular phone or be eating the food while driving and you are supposed to have a uber driver or a designated driver. ( this applies to everybody) You can have the small technological device like a small that fits perfectly on the person's ear. Other than that, you cannot have anything that will possibly distract you while driving. Although pedestrian Yield the right of way, they are suppose to check left and right to see if it is safe to cross. I don't think he's guilty of anything.
