A day after his record-setting 61 at the BMW Championship, Viktor Hovland joined Shane and Marty on the PING Tour Truck ahead of the Tour Championship. Great interview and a very wise golfer for being 25. I think Viktor has stated he has never met or not spent much time with fellow countryman and footballer Erling Haaland. Erling is big into golf. Make the round and podcast with these two happen, Ping! Play well this weekend, Viktor.

I do like that he looks pretty chilled on the course. Looks like he’s having a good time even when the competition is intense on a Sunday. Too many players look like they’d rather be somewhere else.
A great player especially when you watch him attack the final round. Hope he has a great Ryder Cup.

Viktor is always so well spoken. I am so impressed with how easy he answer every question in (American)/English. He never hesitates to find the right words. He speaks better English (with an American accent) than Americans, LOL 😉 He still has that Norwegian twang to it (with the changing of tone going upwards at the end of words. Some people think Norwegian have a melodic/singing sound to it). I love listening to what he says. He always answer the questions thoroughly (and he has a witty humor). He is a great representative for our country, Norway 🙂 Cant wait to watch him this weekend and the Ryder cup. Heia Viktor 🇳🇴
