This meditation is was inspired while I was on a walk and watching the wind blow through the autumn trees . Frej or Freyr is the ruler of peace and fertility, rain, and sunshine. It is through his blessings we have great harvests and plenty.
Give thanks and alms unto him for the blessings of fruitfulness you receive by his hands.

Frej is another way of saying Freyr.

@@anthonydemonssillerrunb4me118 Probably a fe different spellings out there. I am from norway and here we call the, Frøya (female) and Freyr (male). Frøya is by far the more famous one i would say.
