As we can see , so far there are no biasness in any judgement. Involvement of executive in judiciary is really a concern of independency and supremacy of judiciary. Like other countries appointment of judges through any judicial appointment commission is not up to the mark as per me rather we should focus on the transparency in the process of appointment of judges by disclosing the process of appointment publically.
Legislation should have a check its eyes on appointment of judges so that there should not be any favoritism and vacancy for a long time.
