- Man, I know I talk a lot of smack on the current state of TF2, but I've been wanting them to raise the max playercount for a long, long time. And now that they've actually gone and done it?
...well, I'm not exactly optimistic, but there's some good things on the horizon and I'm ever-so-slightly hopeful that I could stick with this game a bit longer.

17:10 i remember this map, soundsmith did a gmod video yeeeaars ago now, this tunnel was one of the many places where the 'soundsmith gets squished by an angry train serpent' joke happens. and elsewhere on the map theres a cliff with a radio tower nearby where they built a bridge out of ladders and garfields and had someone run across it as the props were unfrozen under them

Yes Dm_Fork was originally a Garry's Mod map known as GM_Fork, often used on RP servers for its mix of large cities and moutainsidess making it an interesting area

I hope people start making extra large maps specifically for increased player count servers
I do kinda hope the 100 player thing is something they tweak the servers to make work on official servers with their own casual playlist with next, expanded maps.
Most likely not as due to how tf2 servers work, 100 players is always one step away from crashing.
64 players on big city is like 8 players on Palutena's temple. The map's so big that there's barely a difference in gameplay.
Funnily enough 100 player TF2 would work if they updated TF2 to run on more than one CPU thread. But fat chance they will.

Don't eat your shorts Sam, Saxton Hale mode doesn't work for some people. I can't play it just because the mode screws with my laptop so much it maxes out my graphics card when Saxton does anything leading to it crashing every time I join a game
