❤️ just wanted to share a little tip. When mixing sauces, start with your thickest sauce on the bottom, thinner sauce at the top. That will make it easier to whip it up and blend ur sauce together easier. (In my opinion at least. I’m no professional)
definitely gonna try these soon , doesnt feel right seeing the raw meat go onto the tortilla so im just gonna fry the bottom for a few seconds before placing on the tortilla . im sure cooking it how you did is fine but it just doesnt sit right with me lol
If find other videos of this, they put the tortilla on top the meat and smash it, so pretty much the same thing… the great thing about cooking you can make anything the way you like… I am sure your way will turn out just as good… thanks for commenting.

It’ll steam with the trapped heat under the tortilla so it’ll be okay.
