I can't answer for TCG, I strictly play Masterduel cause that's all I have access to. I will say, don't look at the "best decks" and "best cards" as the be all end all. The top decks these days are designed to play themselves and make winning as easy and free as possible. The game has many many decks, find those you like, practice them, fit them to your playstyle and learn their weaknesses and you will get your wins. Even with this deck, this is the 1st of 4 videos showcasing my journey with it till I figured out it's full potential.
@@CasualKeem I like altergeist a lot but it really seems to suck in the physical game, against any deck i've played. I lose a LOT more than i ever win, like 50 losses to 1 win, and that isn't even exaggerating. also i dont look at them as the best anything other than konami being the best greedy j00z they can be by making them and then banning them while they farm $$$ from "competitive" sweaty fat fucks. i like altergeist, im just starting to hate the game because balance is just sacrificed for cheap profit and an exclusionary, homogenized pay-to-win format. My fault, i guess, I always take a liking to more or less trash decks that can't shit out infinite responses like mannadium, mikanko, altergeist, etc. unlike the hottest new meta status symbols. Thanks for the tips though, but unfortunately i just don't play master duel because i consider it a bit too much a waste of time grinding for coins to craft cards to play with, i don't have that these days, so I prefer simulators that give access to all cards, as i'm also closer to quitting than investing even more time or money into it.
@@CasualKeem yeah they have another supports like maccaron and ala carte but it still haven't released yet But i do have altergeist deck and its fun tho
@@kasperly7239 Trust me it's very fun, officially my new favourite Archetype. But it's not an easy deck. This deck will force you to learn a lot about this game to claim victories😅. For all decks I try out I push and tweak them enough to at least reach diamond (I'mto lazy and not interested in Master rank 😆). This was the first video in the series and I think by the last I made it diamond 1. This was all before Yubel meta so keep that in mind.

Maybe when the newest support comes, but it hasn’t been a deck whose playstyle has interested me.
