I had editor's block mid-way of editing this, and I ended up binging True Beauty and came back to it...so it took me longer than usual to upload 🙏 I hope it turned out ok!
I know I've said this so many times already, but I really love Yibo's perseverance and determination - esp when he has set his mind to accomplish something...he makes sure to get it done. I feel like him and skateboarding are not different.

We can all learn from Yibo. Practice, practice, practice until you get it. There is no other way. There are no short cuts. I respect him so much for his work ethic and for his tenacity. He is someone who does not give up easily. I want to be more like that. As usual very entertaining video. I need it right now as Weibo awards was a bit disappointing. Thank you fot uploading.
yes, exactly~i also aspire to be more like yibo in that he isn't someone to give up easily once there is a goal he sets his sights on 💚 i ended up only watching the yibo cuts for weibo night since it's sooo long haha i hear it's quite uneventful, which is too bad
Same. It was after finding out about Yibo that I found inspiration and motivation again to pick up my ukulele and hobbies. I'm much more determined now too because of him.
I love how despite him not having enough time to BREATH peacefully, he’s still so strong headed when he wants to learn something new and good lord i can’t handle him stumbling around and almost falling it gives me heart palpitations 😭🥺

He carves out time for everything he loves despite his hectic schedule. I remember Chen Man (of the famed Harper’s Bazaar photoshoot) said he was practicing dance moves between their photoshoot sessions.
Babie..oops, sorry, COOL GUY (I got your Weibo message, Yibo) is always seeking ways to improve, he could be an absolute pro at something but he still wants to be better. There is no ceiling in Yibo’s vocabulary, he is his own taskmaster and standard. He is truly inspirational for all generations.

I’m still quite amazed at how we knew his interest for motorbikes at around 2018. And I’m sure a lot of us found it cute and fascinating that our son is picking up a ‘hobby’ of some sort. THEN BOOM. Dude got himself in a professional racing team, and clinched the Gold trophy for his first major amateur race just a year or so later.... mtjjs suddenly found themselves stanning a pro-motor racer 😂 What I’m pointing at is, that Olympics ‘joke’ might not be impossible either. We just can never say ‘impossible’ when it comes to this guy.
i love at how he's never giving up for his skate boarding.. eventhough he said it's hard , he keep practicing and never sighing or just leaving it.. instead, he just practicing and practicing until he finally accomplished his skill 🥺 i am so glad , happy and proud at him
ikr...i love that he doesn't complain if there's something he sets his sights on accomplishing, even if it's hard. he just puts in the work and gets it done/masters it 😫💚

Whenever Yibo jumps on high things like the stick, he gives me a mini heart attack because he might fall in a wrong way 😆
i totally agree haha but he's a daredevil...there were actually 3 different sticks with diff levels (high, medium, low) and he removed the medium and low sticks and only challenged the highest one 😫
@@helloyibo85 omgg Yibo really like taking risks when doing the things he wanted to achieve. There's video I had watched when he jumps on the stanchion while playing skateboard but his foot got hooked on the rope, my body got really stiff when he fell. Fortunately he was safe when he fell 😌
His "Never say Die" attitude is so very attractive 💚 He always goes the extra mile, practicing whenever and wherever he can. If at 1st you don't succeed, watch Yibo and get inspired 💪Jaiyou Yibo

I'm so proud of him! Even with his busy schedule he carries his skateboard with him everywhere and finds time to skate. I'm also a skater and so it's really fun to watch yibo improve and enjoy skating!
Everyone starts at zero and gets better with practice. This kid just happens to practice a lot something he loves.
Result won't betray the hard work. May the viewers only see the good and successfull result but it is thanks to Yibo;s dedication to practice the movement until he can do it and he will never stop until he master it. Yibo you are indeed a good role model for youngsters 👍💚
yass exactly~ he didn't start out where he is but put in the hard work and kept practicing until he got it. this applies to all aspects of his life and i feel like i keep learning from him to be better 💚

ahhh i saw!! i saw videos of fans marching with flags...i was able to watch the first like 5 mins of the live and sooo many people were just commenting yibo's name on the youku one LOL were you able to watch it live?
@@helloyibo85 yep! 💚 he was so bored 🥺 and also got frustrated at the end because these two man came up one sat next to yibo while the other was away and kept taking his picture so yibo turned his head to other side in order to tell these two man know that "he isn't interested" But they kept taking pictures but since they couldn't get one good because yibo turned the other side..... So the man who was sitting next to him started taking selfies 😔😔😔😔 like what????!!!!!! So yibo finally waved his hand in a "NO" way and they left.... I was thinking where was the security like there was no staff around him at all
@@vaibhavidev6517 oh noooo 😫 yeah i think i saw some fan cams later on...honestly, some people think that just bc he's a celebrity, he's not human?? like have some respect for his personal space and just leave him alone 😭 i rem he looked really annoyed when the man wouldn't stop and the ladies from the other side were also taking photos of him...poor boy. the seating was sooo awkward. i'm glad he left right after he won his award though (which is what i heard).

yep, i agree...he's so humble as well...i rem when the captains were introducing themselves, yibo was like, you may not know who i am, i am yibo~ and he treated his team like close friends rather than just contestants💚

i tried skateboarding once (when i was little) then fell so i never did it again 😭

Honestly, I'm feeling quite down this week, I'm feeling stress out about my career, idk what was happen to me but I remember there is a recommendation drama on my youtube home and strangely stumble upon the Chinese drama ”the untamed”, although idk much about Chinese drama, I'm just continuously watching this guy wang yibo, also on the SDC3, my thoughts about this guy, he is just simply young, free spirit, such a work hard individual. He makes me feel like "it is okay you're not pro at first but as long as you keep your mind into it, you'll eventually get what you want" and honestly, I aspire to be like him, especially for that type of mind. Wang Yibo is truly amazing, this is written solely from non of his fans.

omg I am weirdly touched by this video... I literally wish I had his diligence, determination, discipline and hardworking personality. I have ambition and determination but lack discipline, hardworking and diligence. He is really my role model to work towards. He shows us that practice makes perfect. I do what I like to do, but its hard to stay focus most of the time and usually like to slack off. Hope I can change this soon.
same. it's funny bc i was just thinking that earlier today - i'm glad i became a fan of yibo bc he's taught me to never give up and that hard work pays off. i'm also naturally a person who lacks discipline, doesn't like to work hard, and i give up easily. but now, i tell myself not to - as long as you have a goal, keep working towards it and you will get there 💚
