Honestly having finally watched the anime myself and learning how the power actually works. I have to wonder what the limit of his limitless technique actually is. The power works by creating more space between themselves and the threat, slowing it down in the case of a fluid completely redirecting it. If you could approach him fast enough, say approaching speed of light, there's a question to be had at what point you hit a limit at how fast he can create space vs. how fast you can approach. If you really wanted to test it, if you created an object that would endlessly pursue him how long before he ran out of energy and his defenses finally cracked. Very interesting situation put him in, since depending on what you want to put that limit he might continue to be able to take one punch man's punches for some time before his reverse curse technique and limitless are are overwhelmed entirely.
It has more to do with the infinite void that he creates between him and his opponent. However, his ability was been on several occasions neutralized due to abilities. It would be odd to say that Saitama did not have this ability considering he is a limitless character that has been able to defy all logic.
@@geo710 Well, technically he never nullifies his opponent's powers. That's one thing about him, he has some silly things he's capable of but he's mostly just incredibly fast and strong. (Relatively battle smart too, when he wants to be.) Usually he outlasts his opponent with his endurance when they pull out something tricky on him. So I'd prefer my take of him just coming at gojo so fast he can't create an infinity fast enough to stop his fist. I do realize he's kicked away portals but they're still more of a physical 'object' than gojo's infinity is. Also yes, I'm aware, his 0 punch exists but I don't think one punch man would normally resort to that unless he just couldn't accept the outcome. Maybe he just starts using it to knock his opponent out before the destruction happens after he's had his fun.
Gojo can have his infinity active at all times because of reverse curse technique, he never runs out of energy. And the only way to bypass infinity is to either attack through space and time or to attack with infinite speed. I don’t think saitama (currently) can do either, also domain expansion kills saitama immediately because he has no cursed energy

In order to create this space between him and his target he has to expend cursed energy. He has to expend a proportional amount to the amount of space he's creating. So no he doesn't actually have infinite cursed energy, he just typically doesn't use more than he creates. Pair that with incredible control thanks to his eyes and there's no JJK character that could actually test his limits. If you actually came at him, covering the the earth's diameter in a second, in order to stop you he'd have to create an amount of space equal to the earth's diameter in a single second. If you want to wank him and say he can do that, fine but I'm not going to. We have no reason to believe that he can or normally does. His opponents are never that fast and the one time he fought someone with that kind of speed they nullified his defenses. The only situation in which we got a real idea of his raw ability to produce cursed energy was when he was teaching Ichidori about domain expansions, in which he was able to use raw cursed energy to over power an attack. So, realistically the problem for people in the JJK universe is he only ever uses enough cursed energy to negate attacks and keep his brain fresh, and recovers the lose in energy within the few seconds they're recovering him. Also his domain expansion doesn't kill people because they don't have cursed energy. It kills people my overloading their brain with information. I actually have no idea if one punch man has ability to handle that though so I'm not actually saying that wouldn't kill him. It never kills can of special grade cursed spirits so it likely wouldn't work though. Now of course, like his normal abilities using his domain expansion in this way likely has an upper limit on the tip of person it can handle. The good news for gojo here is that this isn't working of the speed of your opponent and more on their ability to process information, so a lot more characters are susceptible to it than not.
Defenses that could not be crossed directly for a long time. But ultimately, if Saitama's strength continued to grow exponentially in a final ending the earth's crust could be thrown upwards or the earth would explode. And as far as anyone knows, Gojo still needs planet Earth. On the other hand, taking into account that the two would deviate from doing this, it is a stalemate. At least Saitama was capable of ridiculously kneading infinity. And finally Gojo couldn't hurt Saitama even using his domain expansion. As seen against Sukuna he has limits.

Touching a hypserspace gate would more likely mean he can interact with non-physical things as if they were physical than it would suggest he has literally infinite speed, which is what you would need to defeat infinity via conventional strength.

Honestly having finally watched the anime myself and learning how the power actually works. I have to wonder what the limit of his limitless technique actually is. The power works by creating more space between themselves and the threat, slowing it down in the case of a fluid completely redirecting it. If you could approach him fast enough, say approaching speed of light, there's a question to be had at what point you hit a limit at how fast he can create space vs. how fast you can approach. If you really wanted to test it, if you created an object that would endlessly pursue him how long before he ran out of energy and his defenses finally cracked.
Very interesting situation put him in, since depending on what you want to put that limit he might continue to be able to take one punch man's punches for some time before his reverse curse technique and limitless are are overwhelmed entirely.
It has more to do with the infinite void that he creates between him and his opponent. However, his ability was been on several occasions neutralized due to abilities. It would be odd to say that Saitama did not have this ability considering he is a limitless character that has been able to defy all logic.
@@geo710 Well, technically he never nullifies his opponent's powers. That's one thing about him, he has some silly things he's capable of but he's mostly just incredibly fast and strong. (Relatively battle smart too, when he wants to be.) Usually he outlasts his opponent with his endurance when they pull out something tricky on him. So I'd prefer my take of him just coming at gojo so fast he can't create an infinity fast enough to stop his fist. I do realize he's kicked away portals but they're still more of a physical 'object' than gojo's infinity is.
Also yes, I'm aware, his 0 punch exists but I don't think one punch man would normally resort to that unless he just couldn't accept the outcome. Maybe he just starts using it to knock his opponent out before the destruction happens after he's had his fun.

Gojo can have his infinity active at all times because of reverse curse technique, he never runs out of energy. And the only way to bypass infinity is to either attack through space and time or to attack with infinite speed. I don’t think saitama (currently) can do either, also domain expansion kills saitama immediately because he has no cursed energy
@@seadisrat Those are the only ways in his actual setting. Based on what I was seeing those aren't actually the only ways to get through it. In order to create this space between him and his target he has to expend cursed energy. He has to expend a proportional amount to the amount of space he's creating.
So no he doesn't actually have infinite cursed energy, he just typically doesn't use more than he creates. Pair that with incredible control thanks to his eyes and there's no JJK character that could actually test his limits. If you actually came at him, covering the the earth's diameter in a second, in order to stop you he'd have to create an amount of space equal to the earth's diameter in a single second.
If you want to wank him and say he can do that, fine but I'm not going to. We have no reason to believe that he can or normally does. His opponents are never that fast and the one time he fought someone with that kind of speed they nullified his defenses. The only situation in which we got a real idea of his raw ability to produce cursed energy was when he was teaching Ichidori about domain expansions, in which he was able to use raw cursed energy to over power an attack. So, realistically the problem for people in the JJK universe is he only ever uses enough cursed energy to negate attacks and keep his brain fresh, and recovers the lose in energy within the few seconds they're recovering him.
Also his domain expansion doesn't kill people because they don't have cursed energy. It kills people my overloading their brain with information. I actually have no idea if one punch man has ability to handle that though so I'm not actually saying that wouldn't kill him. It never kills can of special grade cursed spirits so it likely wouldn't work though. Now of course, like his normal abilities using his domain expansion in this way likely has an upper limit on the tip of person it can handle. The good news for gojo here is that this isn't working of the speed of your opponent and more on their ability to process information, so a lot more characters are susceptible to it than not.

Now that's a fun matchup. Now, I don't see why OPM fans are all mad at this and stuff. Gojo's infinity is an infinite length, which means nothing can reach him. Doesn't matter what Saitama does, it's like a set rule that can't be changed nor can it be broken. If Gojo didn't have any of his moves or powers then Saitama obviously wins because Saitama is still faster than Gojo. Now, Gojo could win with Red, Blue, or Purple if red and purple could be landed, otherwise he could simply use blue and crush Saitama to the atomic level.
