      Yes. Not possible to purchase a house at present. Government taxes also increased to 10 times. And also 2 states people depends mainly on one city. Work from office also the main reason. House price 1.5 Cr is normal now. How much EMI to pay? It’s a chain of activity. So, don’t blame on owners only.

      If only rich people keeps on buying the land and houses when will poor will buy. Rich buy property and won't sell and poor will be homeless
      Suppose consider this example there is a house which is available to sale 50 lakhs there are two persons want to buy it. One person is a job holder with 50-70k salary and other one who already owns 3 houses his monthly income is 3.4 - 4lakhs In this case who
      Has a more chances of buying.
      Second person will say I will pay you more than job holding person and buys it.
      If there was a limit of owning a houses then job holder can buy that house right
      Owners taking rent is not as easy as paying rent.
      Most of the House owners own the houses from inheritance of their parents and grandparents they do not know the pain of paying rent.
      If I had 1 lakh crore then what is the case if I have buyed all the nearby properties forcefully from the so called house owners owning multiple houses

      KCR,KTR ఏమైనా రెంట్ కు ఇళ్లు కట్టించి ఇస్తున్నారా?దేశంలో రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ అంతా ప్రైవేటు వ్యవహారం. డిమాండ్, సప్లై ప్రకారం రెంట్స్ ఉంటాయి.సహజంగానే సిటీలో ఆదాయం బాగుంటుందనే వెళ్తారు.తెలంగాణ జనాభా లో సగం జనాభా గ్రేటర్ సిటీలోనే ఉంటారు.రెంట్ ఎక్కువ ఉండటం సహజం.ఇవాళ ఒక డబుల్ బెడ్ రూం నిర్మాణ వ్యయం ₹50లక్షలు,స్థలం ధర అదనం.₹1వడ్డీ లెక్క వేసుకున్నా ₹50వేలు.హౌజ్ టాక్స్, పెయింటింగ్స్,రిపైర్స్ అదనం.ఒకరు ఇళ్లు ఖాళీ చేస్తే మళ్ళీ కాస్త క్లీన్ చేసి మరొకరికి ఇవ్వడానికి కూడా వేలకువేలు ఖర్చు అవుతుంది. ఆదాయం లేని వాళ్ళు గ్రామం లో,చిన్న టౌన్లో ఉండటం బెటర్. గ్రామాల్లో ఈరోజు అన్నీ ఫ్రీగా ప్రభుత్వం ఇస్తోంది.పనులు, చిన్న వ్యాపారాలు కూడా నడుస్తున్నాయి. అయితే ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు మాత్రం కష్టమే. ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చే HRA చాలదు.అలాగని దాదాపు కోటి రూపాయలు పెట్టి ఇల్లు కొని EMIలు పే చేసింత సాలరీ ఉండదు.కార్పొరేట్ ఎంప్లాయీస్ కు లక్షల జీతం.₹10-20వేల రెంట్ ఇస్తే పోయేదేమీ లేదు.

    కోట్లు ఖరీదు చేసే ఇంటిని 10-15వేలు రెంట్ ఎక్కువంటే ఎలా?లక్షల జీతాలు వస్తున్నాయనే కదా హైదరాబాద్ వెళ్తున్నారు.IT జాబ్స్ చేస్తున్నారు.ప్రపంచమంటా సిటీలోనే ఉండాలి,గ్రామాల్లో ఉండకూడదని భావిస్తున్నారు.అంత పెద్ద సిటీలో రియల్ ప్రాపర్టీస్ ధరలు చాలా ఎక్కువ ఉండటం సహజం.ఆ కొన్నవాడు కూడా జీవితకాలంEMI పే చేస్తారు.వచ్చే రెంట్ కు నాలుగు రెట్లు ఓనర్ EMIలు పే చేయవలసి వస్తుంది.

    First and foremost selecting the location. jubilee ,Banjara, Madhapur, Kphb, Manikonda, pragati nagar, Nizampet road, miapur, Lingampalli are not the living areas. You can select New areas ,old areas of secunderabad, Hyderabad old areas ( not old city ). First foremost Bus , local train, metro, Major bus station are criteria. Within 5 to 14 km radius in secunderabad either on warrangal highway, Towards keesara, Towards Medchal 6 to 8 , 10 to 12 k are the rates. But getting down at secunderabad station people want to start living in miapur ,kphb or Bombay highway. Malkajgiri municipality is having , Road , bus, metro ,local, major bus tation, Railway junction but people don't pay 6 to 12 k for 1 & 2 bhk.when people try to travel 1 0 to 15 kms ( work place), there is no issue. If people want to live in Manikonda ,they must pay 18 to 35 k. Note : I am a resident per the past 60 years.Allthe best.

      @@nandamuripadmaja4813 my intention is not to put panic in the minds of new people. People do up and down up to Zaheerabad, Kurnool , warrangal , vikarabad . People will get accommodation in London, Dallas or in Delhi or on Bombay. People must wait for sometime to settle. Hyderabad and secunderabad are comfortable cities in India to live. Usually in Telugu families money earners are male , they have to think about transportation. People travel from Pune ,Baroda to reach Bombay. As of now what facilities are in mid city ,we will get in suburbs including shopping and multiplex, hospital s and educational institution s. As of now also enquire old areas surrounding secunderabad junction ie : chilkalguda to Vidyanagar, chikkadpalli , lalapet to ecil there are many colonies for comfortable living. From uppal to Ghatkesar municipality 4 to 8k people will get accommodation. I personally waited for 2 bhk in Bombay for 4 months.In London for 6 months for 1 Bhk.Once again remembering you not to get emotional . Compare life with Chennai, Bangalore with Twin cities. Making panic is not recommended. I reacted to 1/ 2 knowledge Telugu media . Were not supporters of BRS or BJP or Great Telugu people s , world class TDP. Note : whenever any relatives ,first come to live in city , suggest them to live so and so area. 80 percent listen 20 percent go to Old Bombay, Bombay highway route. Their will and wish . As of now vizag , Bez and Guntur position we know. We should not panic people , if you go to Delhi , Bombay ,Twin cities, us or uk you have to live Roads and poverty.

    There should be some limit of owning by an individual, one person ki not more than 3 houses ani rule undali.
    Air, Water, Land all these three natural resources should be equal for everyone.
    No equality Suppose if I had 1 lakh crore. With that amount if I buy hectares of land and make colonies everyone should obey my rent prices
    Owners taking rent is not easy as giving rent. House should be considered as a necessity not as a source of income.
    There should be some regulations that one cannot sell his house as much he could.

      కోటి రూపాయలతో కాలనీ ఎలా కట్టేస్తారు బాస్. సిటీలో ఒక ఇండిపెండెంట్ హౌస్ కూడా కష్టమే.ఇల్లు కట్టడం రెంట్ కు ఉన్నంత ఈజీ కాదు.దాని అద్దెకు ఇచ్చిన వాడికే నష్టం.ఏదో బ్లాక్ మనీ ఉంటే తప్ప.10పైసల వడ్డీ కూడా రాదు.జస్ట్ ఆ ఇల్లు ఉన్న స్థలం ధర పెరుగుతుందంతే.కార్పొరేషన్ హౌజ్ టాక్స్, మైనర్ రిపేర్స్,పెయింటింగ్,క్లీనింగ్..ఇలా చాలా విషయాలు ఉంటాయి.ఒక ఇంటి నిర్మాణానికి అయిన మొత్తం ఖర్చు కు EMI పే చేస్తే, దానిలో 8%కూడా రెంట్ గా రాదు.
