For anyone who also got freaked out, the Mickey thing at the beginning is indeed somebody getting a tattoo (and the tattoo artist having some fun pretending to use a needle and thread) and NOT, as I initially assumed, somebody getting Mickey Mouse directly EMBROIDERED onto their ARM like something out of a bizarre disney-themed body horror film. Anyway, great video.
