@@dantheknight5535 I may be misremembering, but if I recall correctly, his elder sister sexually abused him as a child. He grew very close to her. She died slowly of an illness, constantly in and out of hospitals. In V3, it's revealed he's a serial killer who only kills women, his goal being to kill 100 women. He does this because he believes the women he kills will become friends for his sister in the afterlife. Korekiyo was tortured in the past, leading to a type of split personality disorder as a coping mechanism. He believes his sister speaks to him, and sometimes he adopts a persona consisting of his sister
