@@muhammadshahidkhan6498 Increase the circulation in the step, raise the heat, dump some of the solution, get press filters. Pump over to a sedimentation tank and let the sludge settle there. Just some general advice, but you are welcome to describe in more detail so I may be able to answer better.

Of course, you get zinc crystals between 3-20 microns on the surface. These give the metal better corrosion protection and better adhesion for both wet and powder paint.

The water can be run through an evaporator which reduces the volume by 98% and the sludge is taken care of by specialized recycling companies.

You need an oven between 120 to 200 degrees or wait until it has dried. But yes, after zinc phosphating you have good adhesion for powder coating as well as improved corrosion protection.
