"After this survives damage from ten unique sources, destroy the enemy hero" is probably the best way of wording it. Your latest version now suggests all ten procs of damage have to be from the same card. And if you changed it to "After you play a card, if this has survived damage a total of 10 times" you just go right back to the original problem.
I think with that change people might think they needed to damage it with 10 different cards. I agree that my current change isn't good enough, but I had another viewer suggest "At the end of your turn, if this survived damage 10 times, destroy the enemy hero". I think that's at least the option that is most in line with Hearthstone texts, even if people might think they needed to deal all the damage in a single turn. But I guess it'd be one of those "positively surprised" cases.
I think what could work for Mech'Shaarj as well is "After it takes damage from 10 different cards, destroy the enemy hero.". Sure, would have the side of it not being able to take damage twice from the same minion but I dont think it'll attack twice into the same minion.
Still not sure about Mech'Shaarj... I find it superweird that he is the only one that is class specific. Also, as all the old gods you showed in that miniset they seem to be near impossible to fulfill the condition even with the right deck, so it is actually about impasible with a normal one. At least Mechatun was somewhat possible to achieve with any deck. My suggestion with that one is make it neutral and change the text to "Rush. At the end of the turn, if this survived damage at least 10 times, destroy the enemy hero". At least it would be an okay 10 drop even if you don't fulfill the oddly specific condition and you could get the last one with a trade, which is usually more satisfying, still would be practically only played in warrior I think, so it is just for consistency. Also, also, Darion gives such a high amount of healing that I think it migth be deserving of 2 blood runes, still kinda strong as a 2/3 but I think it is fair, so good call.

"Dormant until you cast spells of costs 1 through 10. When this awakens destroy the enemy hero". Casting spell costs from 1 to 10 after spending 10 mana on pretty much an useless minion is already quite the requirement. Another choice would be just ask you to have all those 10 spells in hand, also kinda hard to accomplish but not quite as cool to watch "At the end of the turn, if your hand contains all spell costs 1 through 10, destroy the enemy hero"

Mech-Saron was class specific too. Mini-Sets only have 2 Neutral legendaries so I can't really make him Neutral, but I do like the other suggestion.
