Sir non square rectangle isn't a dihedral fig. , So you hadn't provided formula for non dihederal fig. , although by practical thinking there will be 4 line of symmetries, but i want to know is there any formula for this ??

Dihedral group is only for regular polygon. So set of symmetries of non-square rectangle is not a dihedral group.
