I just got into this line and bought Superman 1000 but this light blue is the one I want but I didn’t know it existed because it comes in a 2 pack 😡 I want the old school 80’s super powers colors and designs. Damn, McFarlane makes too many variants and most of them are complete peg warmer trash at target
I am not familiar with atomic skull but that body like lex Luthor is really good articulation. I made that lex Luthor into a custom mr freeze. This Superman is good. Did you see Bones and the Necro Zoo custom Superman? It’s really good.
I prefer the lighter blue suit. Definitely worth a double dip especially bundled with Atomic Skull. I agree, Superman would look better with the S symbol on his cape. This is a very good two pack.👍
Are the hands proportioned well to the body? The page punchers version had hands way out of proportion and it drives me crazy. Also, how do the head sculpt compare between page punchers and this Superman? I really want a definitive Superman.
I just received my set yesterday and I'm pretty excited about this (but haven't opened it yet).Great review! I would also like to see more obscure villains, as long as they're not goofy. The robots from the 1940's animated Superman episode "The Mechanical Monsters" would be awesome in this scale! Also, I definitely agree that this Superman is the best of the bunch and Atomic Skull looks AWESOME!
I dint realize this looks like the Superman 1000, great chance to those who missed it..I got that for $16 as well as Devastator, and many of the earlier released figures but that's the perk of early catering to a new line..
Love the Superman...great traditional looking Superman with bright colors. I have the other Multiverse Superman thats great, but his colors are kinda muted and he has a weird head sculp.
