did owen wilson do a wow though? did i miss it?? idk lol but hey guys!! i loved this film; it combined most of my fav things, history, magical realism, the importance of ad/pr (lol) & nyc??? hello??? i loved it 😂 ya'll, i'm gonna end up back in nyc soon, i swear 😂

@@Flipcrash The second movie was released in 2009, and the third was released in 2014. He was in the third movie, which came out a few months after he died, and he filmed all of his parts as far as I know.

Totally recommend checking out the sequel. It's like 10 times better than the original, and the first one was already good! It's more epic, grand and also dramatic.

This movie was my EVERYTHING when I was little. Also, if you want to hear Owen say wow you should watch Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights, other childhood favourites of mine❤️
I remember watching this in the theaters way back, it's such a great movie that explores the fantasy with museums and literally history being brought to life. So awesome that you get to watch this!

If you ever need more Owen Wilson movies to react to I recommend Shang Hai Noon one of his more underrated movies but his buddy buddy dynamic with Jackie Chan held the movie together it was almost as good as the buddy buddy dynamic Chan had with Chris Tucker in the Rush Hour movies also recommend.
I really enjoyed the sequel Shanghai Knights too.

Jesus of all the well known actors that have been featured in Marvel movies, I never thought Owen wilson would be one that people discovered in Loki. That like the kids knowing what’s Terminator or Predator or Venom because they were skins on fortnite
I remember watching this with my dad when I was younger. Jed and Octavius were our favorite characters. I think this movie might be partially responsible for my love of all things history. Gives me such nostalgia seeing it again :) Thanks for the lovely reaction

If you liked Ben Stiller in this movie, you might like Mystery Men (1999) it's one of the best superhero team movies ever made. It was tru;y ahead of it's time, and it was based on an independent comic book.

I highly recommend watching meet the parents (Owen Wilson is also in it along with ben stiller and Robert de nero) it is really funny and I am pretty sure he says wow in that movie and if he doesn't he def says it in the sequels

I currently study history at University and I won’t lie that these films were part of my childhood and part of why I study history today. I rewatched it last night and it has held up tremendously. I’m surprised though… I didn’t know who Columbus was either… so yeah, it’s not just you. It’s not very distinguishable as Columbus.

i love this movie so much. i had such a crush on owen wilson as a child, i saw him in the movie shanghai noon with jackie chan (i was also a huge jackie chan fan) where owen wilson also plays the role of a cowboy and i loved it. so when this movie came out i immediately had to watch it and it became one of my favorite movies.
The job service lady is played by Anne Meara (RIP), Ben Stiller’s real mom. ❤️

Owen Wilson is in a funny pair of movies with Jackie Chan called Shanghigh Noon and its sequel Shanghigh Knights. Both great movies in my personal opinion.

I think Ben Stiller is better when he's playing absurd characters (e.g. Zoolander) than the straight man like here or meet the parents, probably puts me in the minority. But Amy Adams is great in the Museum sequel, TOO great honestly.

Being an Egyptian myself i was extremely pleased an actual egyptian played this role and nailed it so proud of Ramy malek his fame has sky rocketed ever since and it's well earned.
